Site Rules & Campsite Information
We don’t want to start your break by giving you a list of do’s & don’ts but please try and familiarize yourself with rules. They are displayed at reception, on the noticeboard & at the toilet & shower blocks and are for the benefit of everyone.
If you’re looking for a loud party site, then we are not the place for you!
Opening times are generally between 9.00-18.00 but these maybe shorten during off peak times and lengthen during peak periods. For emergencies after the reception has closed, there is a list of emergency contact numbers for Park Manager/ on site Wardens, emergency services, doctors, hospitals etc.
In order to maintain an adequate fire safety gap and to be able to connect your grey waste directly to the drain, please position your car on the left of the pitch with your unit over the drain and your awning on the right hand side. Only one car per pitch, please leave any additional cars in one of the car park areas.
The entrance/ exit barrier are for your security and safety. Please use the barrier fob to open the barrier every time you enter and exit the park. The fob is for your use only, please do not use it to let anyone else into the park. The barrier can be opened anytime between 7.00 and 23.00. If you arrive after this please park in the car park next to reception and walk onto the park.
There is a strict 5mph speed limit in place across the whole of the park.
Car and caravan washing is not permitted on site.
Visitors are welcome between the hours of 9.00-21.00. Please ask your visitors to report to reception upon arrival and park in the reception car park.
In the event of a fire please evacuate to the emergency assembly point next to the site reception. In the event of discovering a fire please raise the alarm by ringing the bells located on the fire points around the site.
Vacating your pitch
The departure time is 12.00 on the day of departure. Anyone wishing to stay on longer than this needs to speak with the reception staff the day before departure. A late stay can normally be arranged providing the pitch is not booked out for another customer.
Toilets and showers
Please supervise young children in the toilet and shower area and ensure you close the door after entering/ departing. The toilet blocks will be cleaned twice per day and may be closed temporarily during these times. We ask you to please leave the shower areas as you would hope to find them.
Dogs are welcome on-site but must not be left unattended during your stay and must be kept on a lead. The following breads of dog are not allowed on site: American Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Fila Brasilerio, Dogo Argentino even if muzzled as required under current governmental legislation. Cats must have a bell on their collar during their stay. Please clean up after your pet and ensure it does not cause a danger or disturbance to other guests.
Sanitation and refuse disposal
There are chemical toilet disposal areas in each toilet block. Next to the toilet blocks are areas for the disposal of general rubbish and bins for the recycling of paper/card and glass. Please help us to recycle by seperating your rubbish into the correct containers.
No fires of any kind are permitted on site. We do allow BBQs but they must be raised off the ground.
Fishing is available on-site. Anyone wishing to fish must first show their licence to the reception staff and pay before setting up. Children must be supervised at all times around the lake.
Please be considerate of other campers and keep music and noise to a minimum. We do request that, after 23.00, campers respect that this is quiet time. If we come to speak to you it’s because your too loud!, please respect the Wardens are responding to you.
Are not permitted around caravans’/ tents/Pods etc. Please use football area.
We will not tolerate any persistent noise nuisance or unruly behaviour. Anyone found to be causing a problem will be asked to leave without a refund. The manager’s decision is final.
Children should be supervised at all times around the lakes and play area
