Designed in conjunction with Natural England, Woodhall Country Park is a beautiful area of parkland incorporating a network of ponds and wetland meadows, linked by meandering paths, making a great habitat for wildlife. There are two bird hides set up on site to allow guests the chance to observe the various species of birds.
Set in a conservation area we attract a variety of amphibians and reptiles, birds, dragonflies and damselflies, butterflies and moths.
We are committed to leading an environmentally sound business, and our objective is to maintain the environment for future generations while promoting sustainability. Woodhall Country Park will act in a responsible manner and is committed to reducing the harmful effects its operations may have on both the local and global environment. We ask all our guests to help us be green by recycling whilst on site, sorting waste into ‘general’ (which is sorted by the waste disposal company off site), glass, and paper/card. Our environmental policy can be read here.
We are members of the British Holiday & Home Parks Association (BH&HPA) and The Camping and Caravanning Club (Listed Site). We are very proud to hold a 5 Star rating from Visit England and 5 Gold Pennants from the AA. We are inspected annually by the ACSI and listed on their website, and have again for 2017 been rated in the Top 100 Sites by Practical Caravan customers.
